A Reminder to Valued Customers from CenterState Bank:
Our drive-thru lanes remain open to serve you. You can also make an appointment with your local branch to access your safety deposit box and conduct loan closings or other more complex transactions. The graphic below gives a clear picture of which banking channel best suits your needs.
We will continue to evaluate our ability to safely reopen our lobbies. In the meantime, we encourage you to periodically check location availability and hours on our website which we are keeping up to date with any changes. If a branch has been temporarily closed, it is out of precaution for the safety of our employees and our customers.
Stimulus Check Information:
Those who qualify should soon start to receive their stimulus payments from the federal government. Payments will be made in the form of direct deposit based on your most recent tax returns or treasury check. The IRS has released a tool for non-filers to submit their direct deposit information to allow for quicker receipt of stimulus funds. In coming weeks, they also plan to release tools for you to update your direct deposit information on file and track the status of your stimulus payment. Please refer to the IRS website for updates on any payment information related to the stimulus.
We also encourage you to beware of potential scams that mention the stimulus and COVID-19 as scammers will use every opportunity to try and take advantage of those that are vulnerable. We ask you to please review these guidelines to help make sure you are protected.
We will continue to provide updates as we learn more. If you need immediate assistance, please reach out to your local banker or contact our Customer Care department at 855-863-2265.
