A Major Investment in Our Community

According to a December 27, 2024, article by Donovan Conaway in GrowthSpotter, international discount grocer Aldi is making an $87 million investment to expand its warehouse facilities along Scenic Highway in Haines City. The project involves constructing a 310,770-square-foot cold-storage facility, complementing Aldi’s existing 694,430-square-foot site. This new addition will store perishable goods—such as produce, dairy, meat, and frozen foods—enabling Aldi to meet growing consumer demand across Central and Northern Florida.
